THE PROCESS TTI Success Insights®
Performance Assessments are effortlessly performed via the Internet.
The assessments take as little as 10 minutes, depending on the type of
assessment selected. Participants respond to an online questionnaire
accessed through the CoreStrata® web site. A detailed report analysis is e-mailed upon completion of the assessment. The TTI Success Insights®
reports are generated from individuals' responses to the various TTI
instruments and quantifies information on how we perceive ourselves and
others. Through personalized information, respondents have the
opportunity to immediately increase their knowledge of themselves and
