THE PROCESS
The CoreStrata®
Organizational Assessment is based on the Malcolm Baldridge Award
Criteria for Organizational Performance Excellence. The criteria for
performance excellence are divided into seven categories, which form an
organizational system:
The CoreStrata Organizational Assessment is used as a learning and
improvement tool. Your organization’s strengths and weaknesses are
identified and key-performance drivers are identified to improve
overall effectiveness. This assessment goes deep, well beyond just the numbers!
- The organizational assessment takes an average of 2-3 days
to complete. The length of time is dependent on your objectives,
assessment scope, size , etc.
- The assessment process begins with a 2-3 hour meeting with the president or executive overseeing the process
- Confidential one-on-one interviews with key management and staff
- Balance of employees generally surveyed through use of confidential questionnaires
- Financial performance review and discussion
- Comprehensive report submitted that details assessment findings. Presentation to executive(s) takes 2-3 hours
- Key-performance drivers identified and recommendations made to include specific methods/steps to improve company performance
